Bird in the back yard.

My best guess is a juvenile cooper's hawk. If anybody knows for sure, please post a comment.

It's an immature Cooper's Hawk or Sharp-Shinned Hawk. I think the immature Sharp-Shinned Hawk has darker and broader stripes down it's body than the Cooper's.
